This year, September is RPM Careers Month. NAA holds RPM Careers Month each year to raise awareness of RPM and share the benefits of our dynamic, resilient industry through highlighting the experiences of professionals like you. Join the fun by submitting your photos or videos to our RPM Careers Month challenges for a chance to win fabulous prizes. By participating in our challenges, you’re giving the world a peek into your RPM career and why you love it.
You can submit multiple photos or videos for each challenge, and you can participate in multiple challenges.
The Challenges
- Best mentor or teammate spotlight. Share a photo of your mentor or a teammate with a caption about their impact on your career.
- Best “why I love RPM” photo. Take a photo of yourself holding a sign with a message saying why you love RPM. Keep the sign short and sweet (eight words or fewer).
- Best recruitment video message. Film a short (approximately 20 seconds) video message telling us why job seekers should consider a career in RPM.
- Best workplace view. Take a photo of your favorite view from work (e.g., beautiful properties, coffee with co-workers, four-legged friends, friendly residents).
