I came from very humble beginnings making a very humble wage, and I've worked my way up through dedication, diligence, and perseverance. I am now the maintenance supervisor for residential homes and commercial division for Berkeley Communities.

What advice do you have for someone just starting in your field:

Stay focused, stay motivated, and treat each and every apartment as if it were your own. Treat all your residents with kindness and smile even though everything else says not to smile.
